Gender Neutral Restrooms and Locker Rooms

On-Campus Housing Policy
Peru State is committed to finding appropriate housing for all students living on campus, regardless of race, color, national origin, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability, religion, or age. If you would like to discuss specific housing concerns, please contact the Director of Residence Life, 402-872-2246. The College will address individual needs on a case-by-case basis.
Athletics Policy
The Nebraska State College System does not require gender confirming surgery or legal
recognition of a player’s transitioned sex in order for transgender players to participate
on a team corresponding to their gender identity. The College will follow the NCAA
policy regarding participation by transgender athletes.
